Our commitment to quality has allowed Barroso Concrete Enterprises steady growth in the tri-state area. Building in Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland, we have built a base of many builders; however we are not too big to take on an independent project with the average home owner. We offer our customers the convenience of being tri-lingual. English, Spanish, and Portuguese are spoken by most of our employees and job site supervisors.
